Our Service Center Engineers inventory all your pumps on location and process the collected data in the platform. This gives you full insight into your pump park.
The addition to your maintenance system
The Service Center can be linked to Ultimo and SAP, among other things. This gives you access to all data concerning your pumps, supplemented by our specialist knowledge.

How the Service Center works
1. Kick-off meeting
During an initial meeting we will try to find out how the Service Center can support you and you will receive an explanation of how the Service Center works.
2. On-site inventory
Your entire pump park is inventoried. Maintenance history, documents/manuals of the pump, energy consumption, everything that is needed to provide you with good advice is mapped. In addition, all pumps are equipped with a QR code, so that the data of the pump can be viewed with a scan.
3. Advice plan
Our advice plan helps you save costs by optimizing your pump fleet. For example, we inventory the year of construction and the energy class of each pump to identify inefficient, old pumps that consume a lot of energy.
4. Ready to use
After the inventory, the Service Center is set up according to your wishes and is ready for use. The QR codes on the pumps make it easy for our and your own mechanics to update new information in the Service Center.
5. Annual check
Every year our team returns to your location to re-inventory whether the data is still up-to-date. This way you always see the most recent data of your assets.

By means of QR codes on the pumps you can get all the data of the relevant pump in one click with your tablet or phone. During the inventory all pumps are numbered with a QR code by our service team, so that you have an overview of all your pumps.
