Opportunities for all exhibitors: before, during and after the fair – World of Motion & Drives

The first meetings for the projects and seminars of the World of Motion & Drives took place in November 2021. It should be emphatically stated that the companies involved see opportunities and want to make use of the collective platform that will be offered. This option is still open to more exhibitors. By working together on seminars and projects, neutral expertise is communicated to visitors and therefore (potential) customers.

Due to the European developments surrounding trade fairs in November, involved FEDA members see both concrete opportunities in one FEDA Lounge as reaching target groups with neutral content. Participants in a pavilion have always had the advantages that many preparations are made by the WoTS organization. In these times, when trade fairs can suddenly be moved, this convenience is even more noticeable and risks are better absorbed.

In addition, attention can be drawn to exhibitors in several ways. The exhibitor attracts specific visitors with presentations on the exhibition floor and the collective stand construction makes everything more noticeable. Visitors are also encouraged with active technology in the stands. Through more communication around these types of projects, potential customers will receive information about the participants from April 2022.

An average visitor plans a visit of about four hours. For all exhibitors, it can no longer depend on the location of a stand on an exhibition floor. The question then is how an exhibitor informs its own customers in advance, what agreements have been made, what benefits of solutions have been communicated in advance and how will this be received by the various target groups.
