- The RIVM reports 16,439 new positive tests on Thursday. That is 2902 more than on Wednesday.
- In recently concluded collective labor agreements, the agreed wage increases are again slightly higher than the average for the rest of this year. That reports employers' association AWVN. On average, employees for whom new agreements have been made will receive an additional 2.4 percent.
- In November there were 26,000 fewer unemployed than the previous month. Unemployment in the Netherlands has reached a new record low. reports CBS.
- In the same month, the average absenteeism rate in the Netherlands rose to an exceptionally high level of 5.1 percent. That says FHI partner ArboNed. Flu and corona in particular account for the high figures.
- The number of SMEs that applied for financing in the period July 2020 to July 2021 fell from 12 percent before the corona crisis to 9 percent now. According to CBS bridging the corona period is the most important financing goal for SMEs.
