Mismatic is an Italian manufacturer of screen printing machines, drying machines and handling systems in various areas, such as textiles and packaging. The need for a solution for remote access arose because Mismatic's customers are located all over the world, including in India, Uzbekistan and the United States.
“We don't have the money or the people to provide service in every country where we have machines,” says Massimiliano Carnevale, project engineer at Mismatic.
