Last application period for SLIM scheme 2021 still open for two weeks
SME entrepreneurs still have two weeks to submit a subsidy application for the SLIM scheme. This can be done until 30 September. This is the last time this year that SMEs will be eligible for this. With the SLIM subsidy, they can create a learning work environment by stimulating initiatives aimed at learning and development. For example, by using career and development advice. Or by drawing up a training and development plan.
The past 1.5 years have been intense for many SME entrepreneurs. Of course, the coronavirus and its associated measures had their consequences. And developments in society, technology and the labor market also provide a different view of work and the employees who do it.
It is important to continue investing in education and development. Because: SME entrepreneurs who invest in the development of their people ensure that their company will continue to operate in the future. Moreover, employees who start learning and developing are stronger in the ever-changing labor market.
Applying for the SLIM scheme
SME entrepreneurs who want to get started with stimulating a learning work environment can apply for the SLIM subsidy via the e-portal of Policy Implementation. SMEs employ no more than 250 people and have an annual turnover of less than 50 million euros. The maximum amount for which SME entrepreneurs can apply for subsidy is €24,999. The e-form is available from 1 to 30 September on the e-portal of Implementation and Policy. The other documents mentioned above can be found and downloaded on the page 'Attachments and downloads' on uitvoeringvanbeleidszw.nl.
