Receiving a new PO (purchase order) for an innovative PlateButler® platform marks the start of a new challenge for Lab Services. Extensive 3D drawings in quotes need to be converted into tangible items that will really make a difference in a laboratory after delivery. Before we can actually deliver a platform, there is also a major challenge for the order handling department. Every platform is unique and every project has its own planning.
