The first newsletter was sent to the Bits, Bricks & Behavior visitor database in January. FHI offers space for expert and neutral news from its members. It article by Rensen on www.fhi.nl and the publication of the information drawn up by the industry document around possible Covid measures in the built environment have received attention. The next newsletter will be sent next week and members can offer relevant content today and tomorrow through the office.

The analysis of that first mailing shows that approximately 20% opens the newsletter and again thoroughly reads 90% of the content. These are comparable figures with newsletters from other FHI branches.

This is therefore a huge opportunity for members to express their expertise through this channel. We see positive examples of the qualities of companies in Building Automation every day. We can send this to the market as a collective force.

The agency edits the newsletters to offer neutral knowledge transfer to its clients.
