Rolf Huijssen, Webeasy:

Two years ago, I provided input on behalf of Webeasy to the new Smart Technology course for MBO students at the Da Vinci College in Dordrecht. For more information, go to https://www.davinci.nl/smart-technology-t-en-m

The training has now been running for a year and I have now received five requests for these first-year students to do an internship at Webeasy. That is too much for Webeasy to implement. Hence this call in the newsletter. A quote from one of the application letters is;

“I am interested in your company because I think you do very nice work. I am very curious to learn how you connect all systems together. We have already learned a bit of programming as subjects, but I hope to expand my knowledge at your company.”

These boys are approximately 17 years old and are looking for an internship for 4 days a week in the Dordrecht, Rotterdam, Gorinchem region in the period from May 6 to July 15. Webeasy already has two interns during that period and really cannot have more. If we want to stimulate the influx into our industry, we must give such boys and girls a chance. That is our shared responsibility. And who knows, you might end up with a good employee in the long run! If anyone would like to work for these future employees, please contact Rolf Huijssen, r.huijssen@webeasy.nl , 06 – 51997874.
