Reserve a time slot (mandatory)
For loading and unloading stand materials you need to reserve a time slot. From now on you can reserve your time slot for the WoTS. You need to create an account first. To do this, click on the Sign Up button at the top right.

When reserving your time slot, please take into account the nearest door number for loading and unloading. View the map here. Please note: without a pre-booked time slot it is not possible to enter the loading and unloading zones of the Jaarbeurs. So book this in advance!

Exhibitor badges
From Tuesday 24 September 8:00 am you can collect your exhibitor badge at the entrance.
You do not need an access pass or exhibitor badge during the construction.

Set-up and dismantling times
If you have chosen free stand construction, you can start building from Wednesday 18 September. For standard stand construction, the hall is open from Sunday 22 September. View the construction and dismantling times here.

Safety and flow
For a good flow during the set-up and dismantling days, “yellow lanes” are used. These marked aisles must remain free at all times.

Forklifts
In the exhibition halls, the use of your own forklifts is not permitted. If you need a forklift to drive the goods to your stand, please contact the official logistics partner of WoTS: DB Schenker via fairs.utrecht@dbschenker.com.

Drop & Go
Do you want to bring some boxes and other small materials to your stand during the last day of construction or the morning before the trade fair opens? On Monday from 07:00 to 18:00 and Tuesday from 08:00 to 09:00 you can drop off your stand materials in hall 10 at door 211. Make sure that a colleague is ready at door 211 to receive the materials. After unloading, drive off the site immediately. Please note! You need an entrance ticket to access the Drop & Go zone. You can download this entrance ticket from 15 September via the exhibitor's handbook. On Tuesday you need an exhibitor's badge to enter the hall. You do not need to reserve a time slot for the Drop & Go zone.

Storage
During the exhibition days it is possible to store your empty boxes and stand materials free of charge in halls 7 and 10. The exact location will be indicated on site. This is an unattended service, do not place any valuables here. Large materials can be stored for a fee at DB Schenker.

Parking during construction and dismantling
During the construction and dismantling you can park at P2 at a reduced rate of 50%. During these days you can validate your parking ticket between 12:00 and 13:30 in the organization office of hall 8 (next to the entrance hall 8 on the left). Only in this way you will receive a 50% discount.

Parking during the exhibition
During the e xhibition days, the old parking lot P3 is reserved for WoTS exhibitors, you pay the regular parking rate. P3 is located next to halls 7 and 8. During the fair days, you can enter as an exhibitor from P3 until 09:30 via the side door between halls 7 and 8. After 09:30 you use the regular entrance of halls 8, 9 or 10.

You can order parking tickets in advance in the Jaarbeurs webshop. You order a parking ticket per day. More information can be found in the webshop or at the website of the Jaarbeurs.

Dismantling
After the closing of the exhibition (15:30), the dismantling begins. Between 15:30 and 17:30, the loading and unloading zone and the halls are only accessible upon presentation of an exhibitor badge. During this time, you may enter the site with small transport upon presentation of your exhibitor badge. From 17:30, the transport doors open and you can enter the site with small and large transport with a time slot.
