Talkpool has developed a new sensor that R-32 gas measure. The Talkpool sensor has been developed for R-32 gas leaks in cooling systems to detect. R-32 gas is slightly toxic and also highly flammable. Fast detection is important!

Until now, there was no comparable sensor on the market, although the demand was certainly there. Talkpool has developed, tested and certified this sensor together with various market parties. The Talk pool OY1220 works on it LoRaWAN network and also measures R-32 gas temperature and humidity. The Talkpool OY1220 is approved for BREEAM In-Use.

BREEAM-NL In-Use is the integral certification method for making existing systems more sustainable utility buildings and houses.

Henrik Lindgren, Head of Sales at Talkpool is proud of the result. “Leak detection in cooling systems is a large and growing market and Talkpool is aiming for a significant market share. We are off to a very good start as our new LoRaWAN sensor is the first available and approved on the market.”
