Machine building event – Theme: Shortening the design and engineering process

On December 12, 2023, FHI is organizing the Machine Construction Event in 's-Hertogenbosch. The theme: from traditional to smart. Because smart solutions for the mechanical engineering industry create smooth collaboration, efficient processes and sustainable working methods. A topic that will also be discussed this day is shortening the design and engineering process. Find out more about it. 

Smart solutions for mechanical engineering
How we can do more work in the same amount of time is a trending topic in every industry. Many innovations have already been introduced in mechanical engineering to make work easier. New software and automation lead to greater efficiency in the industry. According to our exhibitors, the key certainly lies in process improvement, where collaboration is central. The innovation lies in the hardware, the challenge is the transfer of software knowledge.

Together towards a standard
According to our exhibitors, 'people' is also an important theme during the Machine Construction Event. Because how can we share knowledge better and make room for creativity and collaboration within mechanical engineering? By standardizing the work more, engineers can work with (and on) each other's programs. Partners can help with this – and they will be present during the event.
