MCS and the installation of an NB-IoT solution in the T-Mobile Innovation Center

This time MCS is visiting the T-Mobile Innovation Center in the Galgenwaard stadium in Utrecht. IoT is a popular term that is used frequently. Yet for many organizations it still feels like a far-fetched show. And that is a great shame, because IoT offers many opportunities for companies, both SMEs and large enterprises.

T-Mobile Innovation Center in the heart of FC Utrecht

To show T-Mobile customers and partners the possibilities of IoT, among other things, T-Mobile has built their own Innovation Center. As a partner of T-Mobile, MCS supports them in rolling out an NB-IoT solution in this center. Together with my colleague Marc Vekemans I went to the heart of FC Utrecht, the Galgenwaard, to visit the Innovation Center!

T-Mobile has a center in this stadium where their customers and partners can experience all possible forms of communication. There is really nothing missing in this space. In addition to 5G and of course 4G, mobile, fixed and fixed-mobile solutions, there is also room for IoT solutions. That's what we come for.

We are going to connect a Private Connect SensDesk solution. This way, T-Mobile can demonstrate its NB-IoT solution in the form of real working user cases.

Private Connect SensDesk fits seamlessly with T-Mobile's wishes

Marc and I were visiting Leen and Bas from T-Mobile, who welcomed us with a good cup of coffee. A number of discussions were held in the run-up to this demo setup. In these conversations, together with the T-Mobile team responsible for B2B IoT, we looked at interesting use cases that can help T-Mobile introduce IoT to the market in an accessible manner.

From these conversations is a Private Connect SensDesksolution arrived. This solution works on both NB-IoT and LTE (4G). In addition, Private Connect Sensdesk is our plug and play IoT solution that is sold as a service. A complete solution from sensor to dashboard, which works excellently with T-Mobile NB-IoT. All this fits perfectly with T-Mobile's wishes to provide its customers with accessible IoT solutions.

All data comes together in a Sensdesk T-Mobile dashboard that is visible in the Innovation Center. The host, Hans van der Ham, can demonstrate this IoT solution in his presentations for customers and partners.
