HELUKABEL is launching new variants of their HELUPOWER solar cables on the market
The specialist in electrical connection technology, HELUKABEL, is expanding its portfolio of photovoltaic products by introducing two new variants of their HELUPOWER cables for solar panels to the market. These cables are specially designed to connect solar panels to each other and inverters.
New in the range is the HELUPOWER SOLARFLEX-X H1Z2Z2-K UL. This makes HELUKABEL the first manufacturer to offer a solar cable according to UL 4703, which is an important criterion for system manufacturers that focus on exporting products to foreign markets, such as the United States. This cable is also suitable for worldwide export thanks to its approvals according to DIN EN 50618 and IEC 62930. This helps optimize storage capacity and simplify purchasing processes, as only one cable needs to be kept in stock, instead of many different variants.
In addition, the HELUPOWER SOLARFLEX-X PREMIUM is added to the product range. This design is certified according to TÜV 2 PfG 2750 and is suitable for use in floating photovoltaic systems or floating solar farms. This cable has a particularly long lifespan and is suitable for international use thanks to its approvals according to DIN EN 50618 and IEC 62930. With this, HELUKABEL adds another solution to their product range – one specifically designed for the growing market of floating solar panels.
The standard design of the SOLARFLEX-X H1Z2Z2-K has already proven itself as a reliable wiring solution for photovoltaic systems in numerous applications. The cable is halogen-free, flame-retardant and resistant to UV radiation, ozone, climate effects and water, making it perfect for outdoor use. The approval of this solar cable according to the European standard EN 50618 guarantees its reliability in the field.
The NTS variant of the SOLARFLEX cables, which comes with special rodent protection, is also available. This protection consists of a rust-resistant, stainless steel mesh that covers 80-85% of the cable surface. This prevents mice, rats, weasels or other rodents from causing malfunctions or failures without the need for chemicals. Thanks to these new cable variants, operators can now find even more ideal solutions for their photovoltaic systems and benefit from HELUKABEL's decades of experience in the connection technology industry.
