Exposure to wood dust, especially inhalation, poses health risks. Wood dust in the air is also explosive at sufficiently high concentrations. Wood dust can partly consist of (ultra)fine dust and spaces can therefore be monitored with fine dust sensors. With the right in-situ dust analyzer you can measure even the lowest dust concentrations, both quantitatively (mg/m3) and qualitatively, and you are able to monitor safety and control your production process and adjust it in time.

Durag offers a complete package of dust monitors with specific applications and measuring principles, supplemented with various options. For example, there is the optical measurement with laser or light. Another measuring principle has the dust monitor F-701-20This system sucks in air from the environment and then measures the concentration of particles between PM10 (particles smaller than 10 µm) and PM2.5.
