Customers in powder processing are increasingly increasing their own production requirements. As an engineer-to-order organization with a fully-fledged Engineering department (45 FTE), Dinnissen is able to devise a technically high-quality and robust solution for the biggest challenges.
A good example of this is the recent innovation of the feeder valve. The original feeder valve combines a very wide range with a short dosing time with 100 gram accuracy. This accuracy is sufficient for processing bulk materials. Recently, a specific application required much higher accuracy. Dinnissen's Engineering department has therefore developed a micro dosing system with an accuracy of 1 gram. The application can be a batch weighing application or a continuous weighing application (loss in weight) for the processing of, for example, vitamins, probiotics, premixes, minerals, milk powder, cocoa powder, creamers, sugars, whey powders, lactose and baby food.
As with the existing feeder valve, the micro dosing system is quick to clean and easy to install in an existing or new setup. The compact construction minimizes product residue, which promotes hygiene.
