The Model Agreement Investment Goods was drawn up in consensus between the FHI Medical Technology sector and the purchasing organisation NEVI Zorg. The document forms a practical and balanced basis for matters such as installation, transfer of ownership, risk, liability and dissolution when purchasing and delivering medical (specialist) equipment. The members of the FHI Laboratory Technology sector can also use this agreement.
