Nowadays, the industry increasingly demands space-saving and customized solutions. Data transmission is one of the most important drivers for the digitalization of the industry. That is why ILME is introducing a new MIXO module: the exclusive universal RJ45 patch cable adapter CX 01 J8UM which can be applied to the MIXO modular system.
Ethernet module as an addition to the MIXO modular connector series
With the new CX 01 J8UM module from the MIXO modular connector series, Industrial Ethernet interfaces for the transmission of Gigabit Ethernet, PROFINET or other IIoT standards can be universally implemented with standard RJ45 cables. The existing RJ45 connectors are connected directly to the standardized module, eliminating the need for manufacturer-specific data cables.
The CX 01 J8UM is universally suitable for many RJ45 Ethernet cables. In addition, the Ethernet module is reliable and suitable for intensive use thanks to the locking of the RJ45 plug with clips and an additional cable tie.
Less installation time due to simple mounting
The new MIXO module can be used with a wide range of patch cables. This makes the modular connectors very versatile. The patch cable only needs to be inserted into the adapter and secured with the insulating lock. This ensures that the installation time in the field is drastically reduced. The quick and easy system is suitable for a wide range of patch cables with a maximum dimension of 34mm (L) x 13.5mm (W) x 9.5mm (H).
