This week, the government announced that it will extend the economic support package and bring forward investments in the economy. It was also decided to give entrepreneurs the opportunity to apply for tax deferral until October 1.
This special three-month deferral expires on January 21, 2021. A special repayment arrangement will be introduced for the repayment of this tax debt. The accumulated debt of 24 months can be repaid in installments and in a 'generous' manner.
For entrepreneurs who cannot repay it in these two years, customized solutions are possible. This can lead to a longer deferral or a special arrangement, among other things. For the repayment period of 24 terms, the collection interest remains at 0.01 percent. This means that entrepreneurs do not have to deal with unnecessary additional costs. At the moment, almost 13 billion euros in tax deferral has been requested.
