ABS-NBE is a series of flexible magnetically charged absorbers optimized to absorb at a specific frequency.
These plates are used to specifically reduce radiated environmental disturbances in industrial, telecom, rail, medical and military applications. During installation, the absorption plates are thinly glued to a metal structure.
The working range is between 1 and 26 GHz, frequency tuning is done in-house at ABS Technics by adjusting the chemical composition and material thickness. The typical attenuation is -20dB.
The ABS-NBE plates are made from an elastomeric resin based on urethane (ABS-NBE) or based on silicone (ABS-NBSE) for use at higher temperatures.
In addition to narrow band plates, ABS Technics also offers broadband sound absorbers and other absorption materials.
