New: M23 adapter grommet for IMAS-CONNECT™ system

ICOTEK offers the new adapter grommets for the modularly designed adapter system IMAS-CONNECT™ AT-FL and QT-AT-FL On. The adapter grommets serve as an interface for square M23 flange connectors.

The new AT-FL is designed based on the KT large grommet. The QT-AT-FL is designed based on the QT large grommet. The AT-FL can be used in the ICOTEK KEL systems (KEL-U, KEL-ER, KEL 183 and KEL-FG) and the QT-AT-FL is suitable for the KEL-QUICK systems from icotek.

The adapter grommets are inserted into the divisible cable entry. Built-in connectors or built-in connector terminals can be integrated directly into the cable entry using the AT-FL / QT-AT-FL-grommets. All square flanges with a hole spacing of 19.8 x 19.8 mm (M23) are suitable. Installation costs are reduced because a separate cutout is not required in the housing wall, for example in a control cabinet.

The new IMAS-CONNECT™ adapters are made of elastomer with a polyamide housing and are free of silicone and halogen. The AT-FL grommet reaches protection classes up to IP65, the QT-AT-FL reaches IP54 (depending on the screwed flange and the connector). Certificates such as ECOLAB, HL3, UL94-VO, RoHS compliant, among others, have already been awarded for the new products.
