New colleague Mirjam Trommel introduces herself

Introduce yourself… a great task that I got from my new workplace. It’s always hard to think of what exactly you want to tell, so here it goes: I’m Mirjam, married and mother of three fantastic daughters. I have several years of experience in event management and coming up with creative event concepts. This is versatile work. On the one hand, I have to be very creative in my concepts and formats and very structured and clear in the execution. This is a great combination! 

Now I don't want to rattle off my entire portfolio, but mentioning a few gems might give a little more feeling about my passion: during the corona period, I set up the first Discover Visma event together with a team, where we attracted more than 2300 visitors in six weeks for an online webinar week. Other successes include attending the ICT & Zorg fair as an exhibitor with a collaboration of more than five companies that were each able to maintain their own unique identity and still work together. Organizing great customer days, employee events and product days should not be missed either. 

Within FHI Industrial Automation, I want to run many more inspiring and informative events together with the team. In addition to working on existing top titles, I also want to dedicate myself to coming up with new concepts and see how we can stand out better in this competitive market. Visiting our members and seeing how we can make our services fit even better is also on my list.
