New and last opportunity for a sustainable employability subsidy (ESF)
Do you want to work on sustainable employability for your company? Then you can receive support from an advisor and apply for a subsidy from the European Social Fund (ESF). The ESF makes up to 12,500 euros available per applicant for this purpose.
You can spend this amount on:
- receiving advice with associated plan and/or
- guidance you need in carrying out or applying the advice.
Investment in sustainable employability certainly pays off
During the previous FHI HRM Current Affairs Seminar told Sandra Engelbertink and Marlies Casteleijn by VIT about what sustainable employability can bring to your organization. VIT's aim is to make companies competent in being a good employer, so that there is a future-proof and healthy organization where people work with vitality, pleasure and commitment.
It is now very attractive to make this investment, because it is once again possible to receive a significant subsidy discount for these activities and our services. VIT can support you with European Social Fund (ESF) Grant 2019.
An appropriate approach for each SME
Every company has issues such as (preventing) absenteeism, binding and engaging, attracting and retaining staff, safety and/or development. To take the right steps, we choose an approach that suits the company and the way it works. Answering the issues in concrete terms often requires a very practical approach. Much can be achieved by sometimes adjusting or supplementing existing processes.
Action needed at the beginning of April
It is possible to apply for a subsidy from April 8 to April 12. You can receive a subsidy of up to 12,500 euros for projects up to 25,000 euros. The minimum investment is 12,000 euros, of which € 6,000 will be reimbursed (ESF will pay up to 50% of the project).
Would you like to take advantage of the subsidy, but you are not sure how? Are you dreading the administration? VIT is happy to think along with you!
