Gather Industriese GmbH introduces a new gear flow meter with converter. This highly accurate measuring instrument is ideal for non-lubricating agents, but can also be used for lubricating and chemically aggressive liquids.

Working principle of the ZDM

This gear flow meter - called ZDM - is a volumetric flow meter based on the gear measuring principle and ideal for measuring volume flows of non-lubricating, low-viscosity and chemically aggressive liquids. It works by detecting the movement of gears through a sensor that captures the pulses from the gear teeth. This is done without contact and hermetically sealed.

The use of the GATHER gear flow meter

The high-quality materials used in the ZDM (housing, shafts, gear edges, seals), the implemented fluid mechanics, the optimized tribology (channelization, plain bearing technology, etc.) and the precision of the components are based on a technology that has been tested and proven in more than 1000 different applications. A robust and sustainable solution for the customer!
