Employment conditions memorandum 2018: Working on balance and innovation

The employers' organizations present annually AWVN, VNO-NCW and MKB-Netherlands their joint employment conditions memorandum, in which they express the points of interest for the employment conditions consultation from an employer's perspective. The 2018 Employment Conditions Memorandum calls for special attention to three topics:
- investing in modernizing employment conditions and healthy labor relations
- tailor-made agreements about working longer and agreements about employees' own control over their employability
- appropriate wage agreements that match the (business) results.
