The Valmet TS (Total Solids) dry matter analyzer is designed for applications in WWTPs and industrial wastewater plants. This microwave-based measurement technology enables the inline measurement of sludge (or other solids) within a range of 0 to 40% accurately and with high reproducibility to be measured continuously.
By gaining insight into the dry matter concentration at various locations in your wastewater treatment plant, it becomes possible to control the dewatering process in a more targeted manner. This not only results in a higher yield dewatered sludge, but also in cost reduction of energy consumption, transport, polymer and maintenance of your systems.
The Valmet TS has no moving or optical parts, which means no periodic maintenance required is. In addition, the 1-point calibration is independent of color, which means recalibration not necessary when changing sludge flows is.
