Together with APLEX Technology we supply Panel PCs and TFT solutions with optimal readability. We achieve this by applying auto dimming and a high brightness LCD panel where the brightness of the screen is automatically adjusted to the ambient light. The brightness of the screen can reach up to 1000 nits. To improve the display quality even more, you can opt for optical bonding in combination with a surface coating.
There are various options for a coating layer available, such as anti-reflection, anti-glare or anti-UV. Anti-glare coating provides more visibility and is suitable for natural and artificial light. Anti-reflection can reduce light reflection to increase the brightness of the screen. An Anti-UV coating can block UV light to protect the quality and lifespan of the LCD panel.
Optical bonding is a technique in which a gel layer is applied between the LCD surface and the glass. Besides the advantages of avoiding dust and moisture as well as vandal resistance, the lack of extra light refraction is the most important property. Faster heat dissipation is also an important advantage. The screen image gets higher contrast and brightness. In combination with one of the other options, a beautiful image is created.
