THE PLI SERIES MULTI RANGE DC LOADS.

The PLI series multi range DC loads from H&H are part of the PLI series electronic taxes. The difference, however, lies in the fact that the multi-range versions have 3 or 4 current ranges.

This allows relatively low load currents to be programmed and measured with high precision and resolution. The PLI-MR series is suitable for voltages up to 60Vdc, 120V, 300V and 800Vdc and currents in the range from 0.04A to 180A. There are 12 models available with a power range from 5W to 1,500W. Depending on the model, the PLI-MR can briefly dissipate up to double the power in certain areas. In addition to the basic operating modes CC, CV, CR and CP, the Multi range models also have combined operating modes such as CC+CV, CR+CC+CV, CP+CC+CV and CV+CC.

DATES

Changing load profiles (Dynamic operation) are easy to configure up to 300 steps. The standard data acquisition function allows fast data logging for, for example, generating waveforms or characteristics including time, voltage and current values. Data can be stored in the internal memory directly on an external USB stick. Furthermore, the PLI-MR series is ideal for characterizing solar panels and optionally suitable for testing MPPT trackers.

The PLI series multi range DC loads are standard equipped with Ethernet + USB + RS-232 + CAN + Analog I/O Ports. Optionally, GPIB and isolated analog I/O are also available.

SOFTWARE

Various software packages are available for the simplest possible use. There is software to easily operate the unit remotely. Also available is software to easily create a list of different settings that are cycled through at specific times. And there is software for studying the stored data during a test and also software for easily setting up an MPPT test. In addition, a Labview driver is of course also available if you want to combine this load in an automatic test setup.
