The program of the World of Electronics, one of the five worlds at the World of Technology & Science trade fair, has been completed. With four seminars, two specialist theme pavilions and three guest lectures for students, the program is more varied than ever. Within the World of Electronics, almost a hundred exhibitors are ready to welcome you to their stands. All companies active in the field of development, hardware, software, test and measurement systems/solutions or production. The entire process is discussed: from the first sketches to testing and measuring and the rollout of the end product. The exhibitors show their innovations on the exhibition floor, share their knowledge and are happy to discuss with you.
Seminars
You have also come to the right place at the WoTS fair for substantive depth. There is a content every day seminar that you can attend free of charge. Each seminar contains lectures on a specific theme: the challenges surrounding it internet of things, the future of testing and measurement, hardware design for production and user interface design (UID). The lectures can easily be combined with a visit to the stands, because you can walk straight from the halls onto the exhibition floor. After the presentations there will be an opportunity to meet the speakers and ask questions. So you not only deepen your knowledge, but at the same time make valuable contacts. This way you kill two birds with one stone!
Guest lectures
Especially for students, on the first day of the fair, September 27, there are three guest lectures about electronics. The lectures are relevant to current events and have a practical approach. This offers you an excellent opportunity to get in touch with potential employees and young talent.
Pavilions
In addition to the many separate stands, it is also possible to visit two themed pavilions where exhibitors join forces on a specific subject. On the DevelopmentClub/IoT pavilion you will find eight development companies and there is special attention to IoT. On the Test & Measure pavilion exhibitors present test and measurement equipment and solutions. In a short time you will collect a wealth of information about developments and trends within your field.
The long-awaited trade fair gadget
During the fair you will have the opportunity to obtain the coveted trade fair gadget: the WoTS parrot. Twenty-two companies are collaborating on the interactive parrot that records and plays (distorted) sounds and which also looks fantastic with its brightly colored 'feather' suit. During the fair you can parrot free collection from the stands of participating companies. But beware: the gadget was specially developed for WoTS 2022 and only 1500 copies will be produced. If you would like to get hold of the unique parrot, we recommend that you register quickly.
