ProTek Devices' PLR0621 TVS array is suited for circuit protection in these computing applications. It meets or exceeds IEC standards for ESD, EFT, and surge.
The PLR0621 also offers ultra low capacitance (0.4 pF typical) and a low clamping voltage. Furthermore, the component, packaged in molded JEDEC DFN-2-0402 comes in with just an approximate weight of two milligrams.
