Central Government Real Estate Agency, RWS and RVO looking for Smart Office technologies

It National real estate company (RVB) has a market consultation organized and is together with Rijkswaterstaat (RWS) and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) is looking for innovative Smart Office technologies that improve the (user) working environment and sustainability in a pilot in Roermond.

The deadline for submitting innovative solutions is May 1, 2020

Project features:
-The user must be central
– Services must improve through smart technology
– Making things more sustainable through innovation and the use of data
– The RVB is looking for an integrated solution
– Pilot and solutions are temporary
– Pilot is a voyage of discovery

Preconditions for the project:
– No major renovations, but the addition of data-driven equipment
– An undisturbed business process for office users must be guaranteed
– Innovations are applied in an integrated manner and are scalable with the ambition for national rollout in government offices

The Dutch trade organization for Building Automation is in consultation with the National Real Estate Agency about the position of building automation within the National Real Estate Agency's tender processes. The market consultation must lead to a first pilot in Roermond, as a member of the Dutch trade organization there is an opportunity to show where our expertise lies, and what the innovative power of the industry and the added value of the trade organization is.
