Apex Dynamics introduced Curvic coupling pinions in 2016 in response to clear market demand. The main reasons for this request were:
- To be able to change the drive pinion at any time afterwards (FLEXIBILITY),
- To have a play-free, centered connection (QUALITY), and
- to be able to have approximately 20 teeth on the pinion (LOAD CAPACITY).
