SAM GUARD is a “Human Enhanced Predictive Analytics” solution. This software monitors your entire factory and is actively searching 24/7 for upcoming deviations that have not occurred before. Thanks to early detection of deviations, preventive action can be taken. This prevents the costly consequences of escalation and improves plant uptime.
Digital Plant Model
By making efficient use of the already stored sensor data – in combination with a digital model of the plant – SAM GUARD knows exactly how your factory normally behaves. The SAM GUARD team puts together the digital model for an average factory in approximately two weeks.
Relevant notifications
Thanks to the digital plant model, Machine Learning and a year of sensor data, only relevant alerts are reported. For an average factory this means approximately three to five relevant alerts per day.
