The SAMSON Axial Flow Valve is equipped with a well-mounted and smooth-running drive mechanism. Thanks to this mechanism - in combination with the pressure-compensated cage valve - the rotating drive can remain relatively compact, even at higher medium pressures. The control valve is also fast and very accurate.
Fingerprint
When delivered new, the dynamic behavior of the control valve in new condition is recorded via a so-called digital fingerprint. This can later be compared - also remotely - during operation with the original situation, so that a statement can be made about the health of the control valve.
Optimal footprint
Another advantage is the optimal footprint this creates. Useful, for example, on board FPSOs or offshore platforms. Thanks to the rotating valve shaft movement, the valve also meets the highest emission requirements.
