Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) cables greatly simplify the connection of Ethernet-connected equipment. SPE cables have only one pair of wires, compared to two or even four pairs for conventional connections.
Thanks to the selection of optimal materials for shielding and pinning, the range and bandwidth of a single twisted pair has been greatly increased. A reliable, stable connection of up to 100MBit/s or 1GBit/s per twisted pair can now be guaranteed.
The data and power line can be combined with Power over Data Line (PoDL), further benefiting from increased uptime, process efficiency and operational advantages.
Amphenol LTW offers three IP67 connectors compliant with the IEEE 802.3bp standard:

- FLOS+ SPE (Push-Pull)
- X-Lok SPE (Push-Lock)
