Block's EasyB modular electronic fuse series has been expanded with a 48Vdc variant. This module is ideal for security in 48Vdc drive technology and the associated control hardware. The module is equipped with fixed values or an adjustable variant up to a maximum of 10A. This means they offer optimal protection against overload and short circuit, even in applications where long cables or small core cross-sections are used.
The Easy-B system has the great advantage that the various circuits can be actively switched on/off or reset individually. Optionally, the EasyB can be equipped with a fieldbus module for IO-link or Modbus RTU to create messages and monitor statuses or measured values.
EasyB is the only modular electronic fuse system worldwide that meets all requirements for setting up an industry 4.0 system in condition monitoring and predictive maintenance for 48Vdc systems. With the UL2367, UL508 and DNV quality marks, EasyB modules can be deployed worldwide.
