Cleantron has optimized the series of portable 48Vdc Li-Ion packs. The new design takes into account increased electrical insulation, robustness and mechanical tightness. The carrying handle is now integrated into the housing, better protecting the connector.
P4P
P4P basic module for light electric vehicles, also suitable for exchanging batteries instead of local charging. A maximum of 16 packs can be connected in parallel. Available in three capacities 28Ah, 37Ah and 45Ah, with 35A continuous and 55A peak current.
P4X & P4X HV
An advanced version where it can serve as a building block of a much larger system.
With the same capacity as the P4P version, higher currents of 40A / 50A continuous and 75A / 120A peak can be achieved through an optimized thermal design with thermally conductive plastics and thermal interface materials.
The P4X HV is designed for higher voltages, series connections up to 600V are possible.
P4PX-A & P4X HV-A
The same packs but equipped with a uniquely light and compact water cooling system with integrated cooling water channels in the side plate. Now much more power can be delivered in a thermally controlled manner of 40A / 50A continuous and 130A / 195A peak and fast charging.
Cleantron's Li-Ion packs are known for their safety and long lifespan. They are suitable for PLC / SIL2 with CAN bus communication. Firmware adjustments are possible per application to deliver more power or to ensure a longer lifespan, or to adjust communication protocols.
