Tflex HP34, Laird's new silicone-free gap filler, has excellent deformability and is considerably softer. It has a thermal conductivity of no less than 24 W/mK in bulk. The Tflex HP34 is a silicone-free composite that contains aligned or oriented graphite material.
These aligned graphite fibers provide higher performance than other graphite products. The Tflex HP34 is suitable for numerous industrial applications and also retains its properties in applications under higher pressure. In addition, the gap filler exhibits little to no oil separation and meets both RoHS and REACH standards.
