Etracon specializes in the international trade of second-hand carpet and velvet weaving machines in the textile industry. The company was founded at the end of 1994 and has since grown from a one-man business to a flourishing international trading partner for second-hand textile machines. Etracon is active worldwide in the purchase and sale of machines. In addition, they advise and assist in the technical field and guarantee correct production after delivery and provide the customer with instruction and training on site. The company developed a special machine for the mechanical knotting of its fringes. In addition to a PEII, the company uses hollow shaft gearboxes of the ATB type in its application.
An application with fringes
For a few years now, several customers have been asking for a machine to produce fringes with buttons. In many companies, these buttons are still made manually, or the pre-made fringes are produced by machines with very old technology, which today cannot pass any technical inspection in terms of safety.
In order to meet the customer's wishes, the company Fidomatic was called in to help, an SME, but also closely related to Etracon (son-father) that specializes in the design and manufacture of mechanical components and the realization of special machine construction. The objective here is to offer customer-specific solutions, whereby they profile themselves as a full-fledged partner in the optimization of the customer's production process.
