Three-Phase Brushless DC Motor Pre-Driver, AEC-Q100 Qualified

The MPQ6532-AEC1 is a 5V to 60V, three-phase brushless DC (BLDC) gate driver, AEC-100 Qualified that can drive three half-bridges, consisting of six N-channel power MOSFETs.
The device integrates a charge pump for the gate driver supply, and a bootstrap high-side MOSFET driver with a trickle-charge circuit for 100% duty cycle. The MPQ6532 integrates 120° commutation using three Hall sensor inputs. The pulse-width modulation (PWM), DIR, and nBRAKE inputs control the motor speed, direction, and braking. Robust internal safety features include configurable short-circuit protection (SCP), over-current protection (OCP), under-voltage lockout (UVLO) protection, adjustable dead time (DT) control, thermal shutdown, and fault indication.
The MPQ6532-AEC1 is available in a small QFN-28 (4mmx5mm) package. It is designed to drive automotive actuators, pumps, and fans, as well as three-phase brushless DC (BLDC) motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs).
