Phoenix Contact is expanding its range of unmanaged Power-over-Ethernet switches. The new 5- and 8-port switches are distinguished by potential isolation.
The devices can be easily mounted on DIN mounting rails and can be used with both SELV and PELV power supplies. These new products have been specially developed for factory automation. The 5- and 8-port Gigabit PoE switches have an operating temperature range of -10 °C to +60 °C and a slim housing. Quality of Service, the ability to prioritize automation protocols and the support of jumbo frames round out the performance scope.
