To strengthen our administration, we are looking for:
Administrative Assistant (star)
The administrative tasks include;
• Creditors and debtors management, checking invoices, payments and processing.
• Processing quotations Sales department.
• Order processing of instrumentation sales. Fully managing the processing, order review and control of incoming orders.
• Process administrative tasks such as hotel bookings, checking articles and deploying them in SAP/CRM.
• Processing customer orders, managing the webshop item orders and invoicing.
• Monthly audit of administration
In the administration, work comes in a cycle, as the end and beginning of the month approach there is a lot to do. You don't have to sit still here anytime soon because there is plenty that can be done. In a team of 3 people, we can use you to optimize the division of tasks.

– Experience in a similar administrative position,
– MBO+ level of working and thinking,
