The Elektro Line Neptune is a True RMS multimeter with additional test functions. In addition to measuring voltage, resistance, current (with an optional current clamp) and a continuity test, this instrument offers insulation resistance measurement, a continuity test with 200 mA, harmonic distortion measurement and phase sequence determination.
