With the Visionary-S CX SICK brings together numerous technologies in a single 3D camera. Thanks to the bundling of technologies, this stereo vision camera – with integrated infrared structured light source and RGB camera – can deliver image information in all dimensions. Whether contrast, color or depth, thanks to access to almost all 2D and 3D object characteristics, even the most complex tasks can be accomplished with ease.
The Visionary-S CX has a wide range of applications. With a response time of 50 ms, for example, faster picking frequencies are achievable. This increases the efficiency of robotic bin and object picking applications. The CX is ideally suited for quality inspections; its color perception and highly accurate output of depth values make the camera a reliable inspector.
