API

As an importer of the Italian pneumatic company API, we supply, among other things, their recently released valve island A5 seriesThe compact valve island comes with many available accessories. This makes it suitable for use almost anywhere for pneumatic applications.

Valve Island Specifications

The new plug-in manifolds are available in sizes 10mm and 14mm. With these valve islands, 3 different modular interfaces can be applied to all subbases to configure the type of communication:

The solenoid valves are mounted in a simple and practical way. This makes it easy to replace each valve. In addition, the valve coils have a low consumption of 1.2W with 360° LED visibility. The valves are also equipped with manual override push buttons.

Positions

The new valve islands are equipped with multiple subbases with fixed positions. Internal or external pilot control is possible at all positions. The control can be adjusted by inserting a screw or plug in the relevant connection. These screws or plugs are available separately. For the unused positions on the island, handy sealing plugs and separate feed and vent diaphragms are available.
