The new Vinatech Pulse Capacitor (VPC) is a hybrid Supercap, a combination of a Supercap and a Lithium battery. There is also a combination of properties to be recognized: a limited leakage current, a reasonable energy capacity, a long lifespan and pulses do not shorten the lifespan. There are also no restrictions for transport. The temperature specification is standard -20 to 70°C but with derating to 3.5V even -40 +85°C. The new VPC family is currently available in several versions:
- 3.8V 100F. – 0.5/2.0A. – ø10x30mm
- 3.8V 150F – 1.0/4.0A. – ø13x25mm
- 3.8V 250F – 2.5/5.0A. – ø13x35mm
