In the past period we have in our corona file all emergency support schemes in the context of combating the coronavirus. The government recently added the Temporary Bridging Scheme for Flexible Workers (TOFA).
This means that flexible workers who meet the conditions can receive an amount of 1,650 euros gross for the months of March, April and May 2020.
The scheme is intended to help flexible workers with lost income as a result of the corona crisis. This compensation is therefore considered wages and is paid out in one go. There are a number of conditions attached to the TOFA. For this, see the website of the UWVThe TOFA will be paid out by the UWV and can be applied for up to and including Sunday 12 July 2020.
