In October, thousands of visitors from industry, healthcare and science come to the WoTS in Utrecht to become acquainted with new products, services and technologies. If your company presents itself with a stand at the WoTS fair or you are considering doing this, you want this investment to provide maximum returns. On July 2, a trade fair training workshop will take place at FHI in Leusden where you will be made aware of the conditions required to get the most out of trade fair participation and the first steps to realize this.

You want more than just an attractive stand with employees who appeal to visitors and help them on their way. You want to be sure that you achieve your objectives in terms of image, visitors, leads, conversion and follow-up appointments.

The following topics are covered:
• Working from clear objectives;
• Get in touch with visitors faster and more personally;
• Inform and qualify visitors in a customer-oriented manner;
• Convert relevant visitors to follow-up appointments;
• Demonstrating the desired appearance and associated behavior;
• Collaborate and provide feedback during the fair.

The workshop has a good mix of theory and practice, so that you can start working on the various topics in your own daily practice immediately after attending the workshop. The workshop is interactive. The group size is a maximum of 24 participants.
