Olam Food Ingredients is a global organization with a strong focus on quality and food safety. Within ofi, Quality Control (QC) laboratories play a crucial role, spanning various locations and product categories. This presentation provides insight into the process from business case development to implementation of a LIMS solution within this complex lab environment. After a brief introduction to ofi and the QC lab structure, the key business drivers and the selection process, including the RFI, RFP, and URS phases, will be discussed.
