Value-added services for increased productivity

Our AI solution improves production processes, monitors health monitoring and predictive maintenance for components, machines and systems. This software application collects data from the shop floor and can be used to make live-based maintenance suggestions, enabling more efficient maintenance. Several key features are available, such as visualization, monitoring, asset management, workflows, data logic and analytics.

At the PPA event we will demonstrate live how our software can be applied to process valves.

ICT GROUP – MES linked to a digital twin

The Aspentech MES digital twin demo setup consists of a digital twin simulation of a logistics process. The digital twin is linked to a standard MES application that provides the control. For example, MES provides for receiving and processing orders. Data from the simulation is stored in the MES database and is then visualized.
