Trainings on Profibus and Profinet are held here regularly. In these trainings we discuss the operation of both networks in depth. Both the underlying communication principles and the basic settings are discussed here.

At Profibus we will of course also discuss the physical properties of the cable and which parameters influence its maximum length. In addition, the setting of a Profibus system and the associated network components will be discussed. To realize this, software from Siemens is used. The GSD files will also be integrated into this.

At Profinet we use a completely different network base than at Profibus. That is why at Profinet we will also focus on Ethernet and the associated protocols. In addition, the basic operation of a managed switch will be discussed. We will also go into detail about the Produce / Consume principle and the structure of the Controller and the Devices. Of course, our training courses are accompanied by a number of practical assignments that support the theory and make the operation and principles even clearer.
